Description:
This
course is designed to assist students with the development of the problem
solving and critical thinking skills necessary for success in general chemistry.This
course is workshop based and meets twice a week for 50 minutes
per session.The workshops are interactive
and will focus on concept enhancement through problem solving.Reviews
and practice exams/quizzes will also be involved.The
workshop sessions are NOT tutorial sessions, but will focus on the
process of learning general chemistry through group interaction.
Requirements:
The
Facilitator can choose to accept more forms of proof at their discretion.
Without
such proof the student will not be permitted in the workshop and will forfeit
the day?s points.
