Opening a paint can
Consider that you are in a garage and are trying to open a can of paint because you need a small amount to do some touch up work. The garage has a cement floor, there are plenty of tools (excluding a paint can opener), and there is a sturdy table with a vice attached to work on. There is also an old collectable car in the garge.

Infer the you can open the can with a screwdriver. Suppose someone has borrowed all your screwdrivers. Can you still open the can? Suppose that someone has stolen all your tools. Infer that you can still open the can.
