ECLiPSe has initially been developed at the European Computer-Industry Research Centre (ECRC) in Munich, and is now being further developed and maintained at IC-Parc (Centre for Planning and Resource Control at the Imperial College in London) with the support of ICL and the CHIC-2 ESPRIT project.
