Gaurav Panwar

Assistant Professor, Computer Science, New Mexico State University.

I have an avid interest in Computer Science, specifically Networking, Systems Security, and Cryptography. I have worked on design, implementation and deployment of Wireless Sensor Networks and Micro-controller based hardware projects, and also have interest in the field of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. My active research areas include information-centric networking and other future internet architectures, IoT networks, smart grid technologies, security and applied cryptography in distributed systems, and Blockchain based solutions.

I have 5+ years of full time experience working in the Enterprise Networking field in the higher education industry. I have worked on troubleshooting, architecting, integrating and deploying Enterprise-level network applicances like Wireless controllers, NAC solutions, DDI services like DHCP and DNS, routing and switching appliances, ADCs and Firewalls, etc.

I am always looking for people from different domains to collaborate with, to discuss new challenges and ways to figure out solutions to those challenges using technology and ingenuity.
