Email and Internet facilities will be available
a few minutes walking distance from the conference
site.

Babysitting facilities:
 

If you are traveling with your child, then baby-sitting
facilities can be provided. However, you need to send
email at least 5 weeks in advance of the conference
(i.e., by October 20th) that you need them. Please send
email to iclp99@cs.nmsu.edu with the following information:Your name

Your name

Name of the child

Gender of the child

Age of the child (in years and months)

Dates and times when  you need baby-sitting

Dietary restrictions your  child may have

1. You may have to provide the shot-record for your child.
2. Also, your child must have health-insurance to qualify for baby-sitting. So you may have to provide proof-of-insurance for your child.
3. ALP will contribute funds towards the cost of baby-sitting.
