Description

Suspends until both Expr1 and Expr2 are ground, and then both arguments are evaluated and compared, succeeding if they are both integers and Expr1 is lesser or equal to Expr2. #<=/2 and #=Fail Conditions fails if the value of Expr1 is greater than the value of Expr2, or if either do not evaluated to an integer.
