Hi my name is Preston Mitchell, and I sell hatch green chile. I'm a double major here at NMSU in BCIS and Management.
I currently work several jobs, and plan to take a job in Information Systems Management when I gaduate. I handle all of the IT needs for several businesses in my home town, and sell hatch chile online. I hope that the experience I have gained doing so will benefit me in the future. I run several websites including my ecommerce website selling hatch chile for Berridge Farms. I've been selling fresh hatch chile on the internet for about 6 years now, and it has grown into a full time business.
We offer Mild, Medium, Hot and X-Hot varieties of green chile through our website and ship directly to consumers all over the world. I personally handle all of our customer support. I've also started a business with my girlfriend. We take Berridge Farm's chile then roast, peel, and freeze it and ship it overnight. I can promise you'll be very happy with our product!
