Your team needs to plan an iterative delivery schedule for the rest of the semester's project work. Each iteration will be two weeks' duration, ending with an electronic turnin by the due date. List for each iteration, what your team will work on and what functionality you will deliver by the due date. You do not have to use agile methods, but are strongly encouraged to emphasize concrete, visible functionality in each deliverable, and to be realistic.
Your team also needs to deliver the first increment of functionality on March 4. Each subsequent increment should include a brief status report (in addition to the code) and may include an optional revision to the original deliverables schedule, with justification.
The delivery schedule must be: March 18, April 5 (no fooling), April 19, May 3. (May 5 is your project presentation).
As your "managers" we may suggest changes to your schedule that would improve your grade.
