Unicon (ivib) Prototype
The user map interface
consists of various windows with detailed information. Below is the
prototype built in ivib. Each section is described in more detail
throughout.
Character Representations
Each
character will have a graphical icon representation in the hex that
character is currently in, if alive.

game icon
If a
character is in the same hex as another character of the same team
(grouped) an icon representing the group is shown. If there
are more than three icons needed for a player in one hex, then the
icons may overlap eachother. In each group of characters, an
integer in the bottom right corner will represent the number of characters
grouped together in the specific hex.

If characters are in
a citadel hex, then one player team icons will be used. If the characters
are on a town then the icons will overlay the picture on the map.

Ring and Magic Representations
When the
Ring does not have an owner it will be shown as an icon on the hex

are no characters or citadels in the hex then at most six individual
magic cards will be shown. If there are characters or citadels
then the magic cards will be grouped together with a number in the
bottom-right hand corner showing the number of cards in the hex.
Detailed information will be shown in a drop down box on a mouse-over
action.
