Fall 2005 goals:
-- A full CVE test with Audio and VoIP; lecture delivery to
20-30 students.
Brain Storming:
-- How to get visual elements (i.e. projector, white-board,
PowerPoint slides, and Internet browsing.)
-- We need to do all that in a good network bandwidth (as
low as possible) , with a reasonable resolution.
-- Can we get data directly from the projector into the CVE
client. (Note: not as a picture after projecting it).
-- Using electronic white-board may save some of the bandwidth.
-- We need to know when to switch between (projector, web
browser, and electronic board, etc.) during a lecture.
-- What if the instructor scrolls his browser?, we need a
web browser synchronizer tool.
-- We will choose the easiest delivery mechanism as a first
step.
-- Maybe we will try to add some WebCT features to the CVE
( such as online exams, quizzes, notes, etc.). |
