Title: The initial stage of the 3-dimensional protein structure prediction using geometrical constraints

Abstract:
3-dimensional (3D) protein structure prediction is a well known hard problem. 3D structure prediction using geometrical constraints of the secondary structure is also a complex problem. I would like to discuss the complicated aspects of the problem and the initial questions we are targeting. Some of our initial effort and approaches will be addressed and we welcome any insights and comments to our approach.
