MVLUG will be holding it's beginning of the semester install fest on Sept 3 in SH 124 from 10am - 2pm (no new installations after 12pm). If you would like helping installing Linux on your machine (desktop or laptop) and be sure to bring your accessories (power brick, keyboard, monitor, mouse ...) to expedite the install process. It is highly recommended that your data is backuped up prior to attempting to install Linux, in case the worst were to happen.

MVLUG will have a pre-made VirtualBox image that will be distributed during the install fest. This will be the most common "install" that typically occurs during the install fest.
